Side Support / National Dispatch
We
offer the capability to customize desk side support that will
handle a PC and Server trouble ticket from initial phone response
to final desk side assistance on a nationwide basis. This offering
is typically structured to provide a highly focused and dedicated
team at the designated call center and high population centers.
A national referral network that is dispatched and managed by
Pegasus then compliments this dedicated effort in areas that do
not have a sufficient call history or population to justify dedicated
resources.
This approach to national service maintains the accountability
that clients demand while providing the cost benefits and "high
touch" service provided at a local level.
In addition to support we have extensive experience in the planning,
deployment and timely completion of large-scale system upgrades
and migrations. Our migrations and pre-migration audits are generally
the precursor to creating a stable desktop inventory that can
act as the basis of a more centralized and less costly network
management approach. Systems such as Tivoli and CA Unicenter require
extensive bandwidth and an initial baseline of configuration in
order to produce practical results.
